(More customer reviews)The saw itself is great.Heavily built and its sturdy.Good fit and finish, nice soft start, and little vibration.I have nothing but positive thoughts on the saw.

The track is junk.The track that came with the saw wasn't flat, the saw rocked as if the track was upside-down 'v' shaped.So it didn't sit flat, with about an 1/8" gap under the saw depending on which side you leaned it.And yes, I adjusted the guides correctly.I had a replacement track sent and it sat flat but the dewalt clamps wouldn't slide on it.They'd get an inch in and then bind.So I tried the clamps on the original piece of track and they wouldn't work either.

I returned the saw for the Festool.Very nice track.If you want the dewalt saw, just get the tool only and buy festool tracks for it.They are more heavily built unlike the flimsy/warped/poorly formed dewalt tracks.Bottom line, great saw, junk track system.

A 48 tooth blade gives fine and accurate finishes with very little breakout in laminates. Rail adjus ent allows the saw to be adjusted accurately to the rail. The anti kickback function stops the saw from moving backwards along the rail and from climbing out of the work piece when making plunge cuts. Variable speed allows the correct speed to be set to match different types of materials. Full wave electronics maintain a constant speed under heavy load. The enclosed guard gives a 90-Percent dust extraction capability. 55mm depth of cut allows the trimming and sizing of most common door sizes.
