Spark works, cleaned out entire fuel system including carb, put in known good fuel, still won't start.

Expensive dud.

The Makita 16-Inch 81cc Gas Powered Power Cutter Circular Saw features a heavy-duty motor designed for the most extreme construction conditions. It has a 16-inch wheel for large application cutting and a cutting arm that rotates 180 degrees to cut flush to a wall. For a smooth operation, the vibration dampening system greatly reduces vibrations and the on/off choke operating switch allows even more convenient control. A water kit is assembled to the saw and provides use with a garden hose, gravity tank, or pressure tank.
This saw also features a five-stage filtration system that prevents contamination from debris and EPA Phase II compliant exhaust emissions. A 16-inch cut-off wheel, universal wrench, torx wrench, screwdriver, adaptor ring (20 mm to 1-inch), and operating manual come included. It is backed by a one-year warranty for consumer confidence.
