(More customer reviews)If you only need to cut a 1/4 inch thick board, go ahead and buy it. I used it to cut a 3/4" plywood. It made it about 1/3 of the way on an 8' cut. The other tools work just great. Do not buy the set. Buy the set without the circular saw.
