(More customer reviews)I used it to cut notches in some 1-1/4" thick patio blocks, and it worked fine. I needed to use a workmate to hold the blocks while I cut them, and the thing made a lot of dust. I don't know how you could use it wet unless someone else held a hose running on the cut. I used a small angle grinder at a fixed speed of 11k rpm, which couldn't be lowered. I'd think that would sling a lot of water all over the place. Anyway, I just used it dry, but, apart from the dust, it was fine.
