(More customer reviews)Light and easy to handle. Lower power than some, but the thin-kerf blade cuts through all wood I have tried without problems. I would be leery about using a regular kerf blade on it (I haven't tried). I have used it infrequently and for fairly light jobs.

The saw wanders when trying to cut following a guide. It took me a while until I discovered the reason. The base plate is grossly misaligned. The distance from the front of the blade to the edge of the plate is about 1/8 inch greater than the same distance from the back of the blade. As a result you cannot get an accurate cut by running the saw along a straightedge. There is no alignment adjustment for this condition.
