(More customer reviews)After purchasing the Grizzly 1023S table saw and a Forrest WWII blade, I was expecting glass-smooth cuts.Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed in that I could still see the blade marks on the wood.So I decided, based on reviews for the 5" model, to purchase this stiffener...and what a difference!Now, my saw makes glass-smooth cuts and I have no need for any further working of the cut edge.I did not notice any difference in noise, as reported by other reviewers, but my saw was pretty quiet to begin with.This was well worth the money.
