(More customer reviews)Imounted the hanger to my framing nailer (a Hitachi NR 90AE) using the existing cap screw that secures the magazine bracket to the handle of the gun. Using one of the longer screws supplied with the hanger, I mounted a second one on my medium crown framing stapler in a similar manner.As long as you're willing to be a little creative and possibly make a minor modification to to the hanger bracket, I think you could use this hanger on most framing guns.

The bracket appears to be well made, but the mounting hardware package didn't include lock washers as called for in the installation instructions. That wasn't a problem in my case, but could be others.

Once mounted, theSky Hook makes it easy to hang the gun from framing members or the rung of a ladder, and folds easily out of the way when not in use. Note that the hook fits over standard dimensional lumber (single ply 2-by joists, trusses or rafters) but not engineered I-joists with thicker top chords.

(More customer reviews)Bought the saw last week and used it on a project cutting glue laminated beams.Thought it was a little bit over priced but once I saw it in person, realized it was quite a substantial saw.I read the reviews concerning the Milwaukee and came to the conclusion of boning up more money for the Bigfoot.I suggest you do the same.

I was bummed that this saw didnt offer a case like the Milwaukee.None the less, you are getting a high quality saw.That is what really counts.

Nothing beats the performance of a worm drive saw.

(More customer reviews)First thing to know about this saw is despite what the other review says it will NOT cut a 4x4 in one pass! I was skeptical about his claim yet I bought it anyway because why would he lie? Maybe he just doesn't use the tools before he reviews them? Also this size saw has far less selection of blades in stock at most hardware stores and they cost more on average then the 7 1/4" blades.
That is the bad. On the good side this saw just feels right when you use it. The power comes up smoothly when you pull the trigger and it just purs beautifully through the wood. Though I wouldn't want to work above my head with this saw all day because of it's weight, I used it for several minutes overhead without any real discomfort.
I will keep this saw but if I had it to do again I would get the Mag 77 and enjoy the lower initial price, graeter blade selection, and slightly lighter weight.

(More customer reviews)This rip fence works with Makita's cordless 6 1/2" and corded 7 1/4", 8" etc circular saws. Most if not all of their saws already come with this rip fence so this item is only useful if you've lost yours.

One exception is the 5377MG which uses a heavier duty rip fence that is gold colored. For some reason, Makita does not include a rip fence or securing screw with the 5377MG. These are the part numbers you'll need for that saw:

- rip fence 165153-3
- screw 251858- 2
